Hassle Free
There are no signup fees and no contracts. You only pay us once YOU’VE been paid. Our commission is percentage based and ranges between 4% and 8% of the “Allowed Amount” depending on the number of services you choose. All checks are sent directly to the provider. We are not a billing company, we work for YOU!

CEO Hart Meyrich has been working in the medical and mental healthcare field since 2012. He quickly noted there was a significant and pressing need from both small and large businesses to be able to complete, file, and track their insurance claims. As a result, Insura was founded in 2016 to act as an aide and bridge of care to providers across various fields. We have since observed an abundance of solo and small group practices that do not possess the skill set to effectively manage revenue cycles on their own. Many providers find themselves at a crossroads both administratively and financially when it comes to managing their billing services. This is where Insura comes in!

A: 95% of our claims are submitted electronically to optimize your revenue cycle. There are some cases in which claims require paper filling, which ultimately slows down your revenue cycle. Regardless, we can assure your claims are filed and paid as timely as possible.
A: Although we predominately handle major commercial carriers and Medicare, our goal will always be to meet your personal needs. For example, there are carriers we handle but do not necessarily recommend you accept (such as Medicaid). Feel free to contact us for more information or questions regarding credentialing with these companies.
A: As long as you are licensed to perform your service in your area, we are more than happy to assist. We have specialized experience in a wide range of services, including but not limited to general practice physicians, mental health providers, treatment facilities, and even outpatient surgical providers.
A: Absolutely! Our primary goal is to allow your focus to be on your practice and your clients, and credentialing can be a nuisance. We will be able to work with you to finalize prospective insurance contracts and ensure you are being appropriately compensated.
A: No worries, we offer billing consultations to help you resolve claim submission errors. We also provide a wide range of services outside of specialty billing, all you need to do is ask!
A: Our dedicated team offers a wide variety of services outside of just filing claims. For example, we frequently handle the verification of client benefits, initiate prior authorizations, aid in scheduling, and much more. Remember, we are here for YOU and your needs! We offer free consultations to discuss and evaluate how we may best assist you.
A: We are happy to verify the benefits for you and determine your participation status on any plan. If you are out of network, we will advise you on the best course of action, whether it is to submit the claims or to offer the patient a superbill to submit on their own.
